Stitching Progress

Although I found several mistakes I had to rip out, I made good progress on LHN's Garden Pleasures during my weekly stitching session with my friend on Thursday night. I'm growing anxious to finish this project, but I'll have to stitch a lot more (or faster) to do so in a reasonable amount of time.

Our storm earlier this week left snow and ice on the trees, which is very pretty. I took the screen out of our bathroom window to snap some pictures. It was snowing when I took them, hence the white "dots" in the picture.

I love Garden Pleasures! I want to order this chart but keep telling myself I have to many as it is. LHN is always so tempting. I also envy your snow. We are having a warm and very spring like weekend. It is good though as we are painting the living room and we can open the windows to give us some relief from the paint smells.

Hugs ~

Heidi, you shouldn't envy our snow! With the wind, it's at least 20 below right now. Too cold for man or beast.

Hi! I found your blog through moneysavingmom a few weeks back and was shocked to see that you're from Henrietta- I'm from Farmington! What a small world! We used to attend Calvary Chapel in East Rochesterand now attend a non-denominational church in Webster. What a nice blog you have :)
